<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Well we just experienced almost 30 inches of snow this weekend. Lots of people are snowed in. Many are without power. Stores are closed and public transportation is not running. So there is a lot to grumble about.  But in the middle of all of this, watching my dog frolic in the snow always makes me laugh. And it puts a smile on my face all day long.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>Smiling </strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Smiling can change everything. When training receptionists, they were told to smile before they answered the phone. It changes their mood and the tone of their voice. Today, I was just listening to Wayne Dyer  talk about smiling during his “Excuses Begone!” presentation. One of the things he suggested was to smile when you first wake up.  It can change your day.</span></p>
