Yesterday I was busy making progress on a project that seemed stalled. I was so excited as each email and phone call came in bringing me new information. Before I realized it, it was dinnertime. I wasn’t hungry. I had not even thought about food. I didn’t have time for boredom or emotional eating. I was ecstatic with what I was doing right then!
I had less time to eat.
My daughter told me the other day, she was going to volunteer so she could get out and have less time to eat. She’s a smart young woman. It made me think of things I had done in the past to help with night eating. The most successful was teeth whitening. Who wants to eat when your teeth feel and look so good?
