Why is it important?
If someone asked you to explain your guiding principles to a healthy life could you answer in a clear concise way? Have you ever thought about it? Maybe you should if you want to increase your results.
How does it work?
Everyday you are faced with new information and new choices. How do you process it all? We set up a filtering system, whether we know it or not. When you are clear on what your principles are, those filters become more attuned to your needs. You get to what you need sooner.
Here is my example. Recently, I decided to make a conscious, focused effort to lower my blood sugar. Previously, I have always felt a good diet and exercise would do that. So I am not surprised, that suddenly I am finding great information on this, in the same sources I had been reading.
